If your WiFi signal is full but your internet speed is still slow then you might have a problem with the Hub. If you check all of your router’s status lights, does it look like this?

  • The green light is on. This means the Hub’s WiFi signal strength is full and your devices are connected to Virgin Media WiFi.
  • If there’s a yellow or orange light then you might need to reboot the device by holding down the reset button for 60 seconds with no interruption! You can find the reset button on the back of your Hub.
  • If there’s a red light then it means that some devices are not connected and you will need to reconnect them by clicking ‘WiFi’ in the top right corner.
  • If this is the case, try to reduce the number of things connecting to your Hub by logging into My Account and going through our handy speed test!
